Shipping Policy

PokeTrade offers nationwide delivery throughout South Africa. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 2–7 business days, depending on location.

All cards are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Should an order arrive damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us promptly so that we can resolve the issue.

All deliveries are subject to applicable South African consumer protection legislation.

Collections

PokeTrade offers free local collection from our home-based premises in Durban, strictly by appointment.

Collection Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 16:30–18:30

  • Saturday: 09:00–12:00

  • Sunday: 10:00–12:00

Orders are generally ready within 1–3 business days. Customers will be notified when their order is ready and can arrange a convenient collection time.

Please collect within seven days of notification or contact us to make alternative arrangements.

No walk-ins permitted. Collection details will be confirmed privately once an appointment has been arranged.
